1. General Refund Policy

ecomforce.io services are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. This is because our team begins working on your project immediately upon payment, providing strategic planning, development, and consultation services.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. However, we do not provide refunds for:

Unused services within the current billing period

Partial months or days of service

Downgrades from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan within a billing cycle

To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings or contact us at Info@raflect.co or Info@ecomforce.io at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

If a billing error occurs on our end, resulting in duplicate charges

If ecomforce.io fails to deliver services as outlined in the agreed plan due to reasons within our control

Requests for refunds under these conditions must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. We will review each request and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

4. No Refunds for One-Time or Completed Services

For one-time branding, consultancy, or development projects (outside of subscription plans), all payments are final once the service has been initiated or delivered. No refunds will be provided for completed work.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, your account with ecomforce.io may be suspended or terminated. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and significant updates may be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use of ecomforce.io services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
