We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

4. Payment & Subscription Plans

We offer subscription-based services with the following plans:

• Basic Plan: $500/month

• Growth Plan: $1,500/month

• Premium Plan: $3,000/month

4.1 Billing & Payments

• Payments are billed on a monthly basis.

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payments through Stripe and other authorized methods.

4.2 Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

• No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project execution.

• Cooperate in a timely manner for branding, development, and marketing strategies.

• Adhere to Shopify, Stripe, and other third-party platform policies where applicable.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any branding, design, or development work provided by ecomforce.io remains the intellectual property of Raflect Inc. until full payment is received.

• Clients are granted a license to use the provided materials for their business operations.

• Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our work is strictly prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep any shared business and project-related information confidential.

• We do not sell or share client data with third parties without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• ecomforce.io is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service within the last three months.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• A client violates these Terms.

• Payment is not received within the due date.

• ecomforce.io determines that continued service is no longer feasible.

Clients may also terminate services by canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
